DRAWING RULES

Free prize drawing
No purchase, payment, or optional support is required to enter or win. Sending optional support to CGM does not improve eligibility, odds of winning, number status, or prize entitlement.
Valid Persona ID required
Each entrant must have and successfully verify a valid Persona ID through this site. The Persona ID is the entrant identity used for the drawing.
Contact information
A working email address and mobile number are required so CGM Entertainment can administer the drawing and contact the entrant regarding the entry or prize. Changing contact information does not create a new entrant identity.
Maximum 20 numbers
Drawing numbers run from 1 through 69. An entrant may hold up to 20 numbers. The limit exists to keep the number pool available to more participants and prevent one entrant from taking an excessive share of the board.
Pending and Locked
A successful selection reserves a number as Pending. Pending numbers cannot be selected by another entrant, but they are not considered finally assigned to the entrant until CGM confirms them as Locked.
Hard cutoff — noon in St. Cloud, Florida
At 12:00 PM ET on Wednesday, February 3, 2027 (St. Cloud, Florida time), number ownership is frozen. Only numbers already in Locked status at that cutoff are assigned to entrants. Any Pending or unclaimed/Available number is considered held by CGM Entertainment, LLC. The site blocks new number claims, locking, releasing, and status changes after the cutoff.
Winning number — physical draw order controls
The drawing is based on the Powerball drawing scheduled for Wednesday, February 3, 2027 at 10:59 PM ET. The CGM winning number is the fifth white ball physically drawn in the official drawing sequence. It is not the fifth number as later displayed, listed, or numerically sorted. The red Powerball is not used.
If a CGM-held number wins
If the fifth white ball is a number held by CGM at the cutoff, an eligible entrant will be selected using a secondary ranking method that CGM will publish on this Rules page before the cutoff. The final secondary method is still being finalized and will be set before entries close.
Administrative number corrections
CGM's ability to confirm, move, or release individual numbers exists solely to correct conflicts or incorrect status caused by technical difficulties. These controls are not intended to reassign valid selections for discretionary reasons. No number ownership changes are permitted after the cutoff.
Winner must be present to claim
The selected winner must be physically present at the 2027 PEGT Florida Open Golden Tee tournament to claim the prize. A selected winner who is not present at the tournament cannot claim the prize.
Prize pickup
Prize pickup will occur at the 2027 PEGT Florida Open in St. Cloud, Florida. CGM will coordinate the pickup details with the selected winner who is present.

This drawing is independently operated by CGM Entertainment, LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Powerball®, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any participating state lottery.
